Q: What size room will I need to fit all my belongings in?

A: To find out what size storage space is right for you, call our staff or go to our storage space calculator. In any case, we suggest that you visit one of our centers to have a better idea of the space you might need.

Q: When can I access my private storage space?

A: Thanks to your personal code you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: Is there a minimum rental time required?

A: Yes, minimum one month. After that, you can remain all the time you need, and you can leave at any moment with a 15 day notice.

Q: What safety features do you have?

A: All our centers are equipped with closed circuit video cameras, linked to a surveillance company. All our spaces are also fully alarmed.

Q: What terms of payment do you accept?

R: We accept cash, most credit cards, money transfers and checks. All Banca Intesa Sanpaolo clients can also pay online, from their website.

Q: Can you also provide an insurance policy?

A: You can use your own insurance policy but we have our own one too. Contact our staff for further information.

Q: Do you have your own moving company?

R: No, but our staff will be glad to give the name of a good moving company, or car/van rental company, that offer discount prices to all our clients.

Q: Do you sell packing equipment?

A: Yes. Our shops are located inside our centers, where you can find all you need for a perfect packing. For further information, see our packing materials list.
