What are we looking for?

In order to achieve our growth ambitions, we are looking for locations that meet the following requirements:

• Easily accessible buildings or land with excellent visibility from major urban or ring roads, near or within a residential area
• In larger cities (90,000 inhabitants and up), properties of approximately 5,000 - 10,000 m2 GFA: industrial warehouses, offices, warehouses, car dealerships
• Minimum internal headroom: 3.5 metres
• Load capacity of floors: 1,000 kg/m2 on the ground floor; more than 550 kg/m2 on the upper floors.
