Purchasing packaging and boxes from the online Boxshop
You have 14 days after EasyBox.it confirms acceptance of the Boxshop order to cancel the order (the cooling off period). If you receive goods, you must agree with EasyBox.it to return these to your local EasyBox.it branch or return by post to EasyBox.it to be eligible for a refund. In this instance, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be in unused condition in order for a refund to be approved.
Signing up to storage if you have completed this digitally i.e. you have not signed the Licence in person at the branch
You have 14 days after you digitally signed the Licence Agreement to change your mind (the cooling off period) and vacate. If you cancel during this period, a refund will be provided based on the length of storage you have taken prior to cancelling and all goods being removed from the Unit within the 14 days. EasyBox.it can use any payment made by you to settle some or all of this. You can cancel by email or post to your EasyBox.it branch detailing your wish to cancel your licence within the cooling off period along with your name, address, room number and the start date of your Licence.
Moving out of / vacating your storage unit
You need to give notice at least 14 days before the invoice date of your storage agreement.
Notice must be given in writing — either by email, post or at your EasyBox.it location. It must contain your name, unit number and the cancellation date.
